You will be offered choices of payment plans and you can usually set up low monthly payments, so you can get the dental work that you want, when you need it most.
We always go over the costs of dental treatment and estimated insurance participation BEFORE treatment so that the expected costs are clear.
As a courtesy, insurance claims are submitted through Parklane Dental. We make every effort to help you maximize your benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
